Although we hope you love all your items from us, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
We will provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the following conditions:

Full priced item(s)only (we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted promotional items).
Please note: We do not cover the cost of return postage, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a tracking number so that you will be able to track the progress of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you submit your order before 12pm (MDT), your order will be dispatched the same business working day. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of submitting your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We use FedEx ground shipping which usually takes 3 business days. If your order is delayed, please follow this up with FedEx directly.
Order are shipped within 24 business hours of payment being received. During sales periods or after public holidays, this may extend to 48 hours. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take an extra 2 business days.
